Marshall Holdings International Inc., formerly Gateway Distributors Inc. has been in the wellness and technology distribution business since 1995. According to plans MHII has recently acquired several subsidiary partners in the wellness, marketing and distribution business. These subsidiaries, including Marshall Distributing Company, which has been in the natural product distribution business since 1974, add the key elements of experience, knowledge and longevity as MHII moves to capture market share in the growing health and wellness industry. MHII brings together a unique team of companies and motivated individuals with a wealth of experience in the business, operations, marketing and distribution of wellness products and services.

Rick Bailey, President and CEO of MHII possesses exceptional entrepreneurial talents. He has the vision to see a business opportunity or extraordinary idea in its completed form and has the leadership skills to lead the way to completion. Rick has had extensive experience running several public companies and has maintained successful operations of such for over 20 years. Rick has taken several companies from ground zero to large profitable businesses over the course of his career. Rick is the founder of the successful MLM Company The Right Solution where he has stayed true to his goal of bringing life-enhancing products to the world.

Through effective leadership, management, and marketing skills Rick provides opportunities to share holders, customers, and employees alike to make a difference in their own lives as well as a return on investment on the products and services that he represents so well. He firmly believes that people are the greatest asset and that sets the image of the company. He has a unique talent for developing a strong team by allowing key employees to participate in the planning and implementation of his vision. He is an extremely powerful role model and is not only committed to winning, but also the ability to teach others how to excel in their careers and daily lives.

Rick currently focuses most of his energies on expansion, acquisition, new product development, corporate image, and financing. He works closely with our marketing, design, and public relations teams to assure consistency.

Flo Ternes, COO has 29 years in business with 25 years of management experience. He started a career in the airline industry where he elevated through the work levels and finished his airline career as City Vice President of Continental Airlines Denver Hub. In this position he managed over 7,500 employees and a budget of $250 million. He has served on several Boards of Directors and as President of the Chamber of Commerce.

In April of 1997 Flo became President of NutriCology and in eleven months completed their public offering and showed a profit in excess of $800,000 with $12 Million dollars gross annual revenues. While there, he negotiated many of the contracts now in place for formulas and packaging for the future growth of The Right Solutions. He left NutriCology in January of 1998 to begin full time employment at TRS as Chief Operations Officer.

Now as Chief Operations Officer of MHII Flo believes that excellent customer service, product development, delivery, and internal cost controls are the key to success.

Jamie Plante CPA, CFO graduated from the University of Pacific in 1993 Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor degree in Finance. He was hired out of school by Arthur Andersen LLP and worked in their San Francisco office for the next two years where he was named corporate tax lead. He transferred to the Sacramento office where he worked for another two years in both audit and tax. Jamie then accepted a position with a client as controller for 9 companies. He went on to be an independent CPA and performed contract services for that same client with an addition of several other clients including contract CFO services. Jamie accepted the CFO position at Marshall Distributing LLC in July of 2004 and has been instrumental in planning and converting the facility for optimization and strategic positioning. When MHII acquired Marshall Distributing LLC Jamie was named CFO where he has concentrated his efforts on financial management and public reporting, internal controls, budgeting and projections, inventory and asset management as well as technology integration and management. Jamie's attention to detail and corporate controls along with a unique vision for future expansion and development have proven an invaluable combination for MHII.

Ryan Nielsen, Vice President Sales & Marketing graduated from Brigham Young University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and has been in the wellness sales and marketing industry ever since. Ryan started his career as Fitness and Wellness Director for a PowerHouse Gym facility in Provo, Utah where he worked with clients to implement individualized diet, exercise and supplement regiments to attain their personal fitness goals. Shortly thereafter he took a position as a director of a medical clinic in Merced, California where he organized and implemented the start up, marketing and management of a multidisciplinary pain management facility. Ryan then branched out and became the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for The Medical Village.com. He marketed specialized diagnostic medical services and supplies along with dietary supplements. He directed seminar presentations around products and services for doctors as well as creating numerous sales and marketing materials. He formulated all operational processes and reports to track sales and marketing progress. Ryan accepted a position with Marshall Distributing LLC as Vice President of Sales and Marketing where he has overseen all sales and marketing aspects of a health product distribution company including expansion into web-site development and sales. Ryan manages all facets of vendor relations and acquisition of new clients. He spends his time in the development of marketing plans and materials and has been especially instrumental in the creation of new market places, such as web sales, in which to promote and sell wellness products and services.

Troy Ternes, Vice President of Operations graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He worked two years in Germany running the day-to-day office functions of a heating and plumbing company. He joined a communications company in Denver, Colorado as General Manager in 1996, handling communications for over 250 companies. Troy then took a position as Vice President of Operations for The Right Solutions, a growing MLM supplement/wellness company, in 1997. Upon joining The Right Solutions, Troy set up inventory controls, manifest/tracking systems, document flow procedures, systems analysis and integrated multiple software vendors into one current system. Troy has continued these same functions for MHII and his experience in formulating concrete courses of action to achieve operational objectives on a daily basis have proven to be a great asset.

MHII Corporate Headquarters The executive headquarters of MHII are located in Las Vegas, Nevada and our distribution facilities are located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The 30,000 square foot distribution facility is fully optimized with the latest in inventory control and shipping technologies. Over 6500 natural products and supplements are warehoused and organized here for complete fulfillment throughout the world.
